Return and Refund Policy

At Overkill Effects, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your tone. If a pedal isn't the right fit for your rig, I am here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your pedal to request a return. To be eligible, the pedal must be in the same condition that you received it - undamaged, with no Velcro applied to the base, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact me at overkilleffects@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to the workshop without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

As a small boutique workshop, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the pedal is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Manufacturing defects are covered under the Overkill Effects warranty.
