Overkill Effects Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship our hand-wired pedals from our workshop in Zagreb, Croatia to players worldwide.

Croatia: Free Standard Shipping (Tracked)

European Union: €12 Flat Rate

Rest of the World: €20 Flat Rate

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: We typically ship "In Stock" orders within 2 business days. 

Estimated Delivery:

Croatia: 1–3 business days.

European Union: 3-5 business days.

International: 7–10 business days (depending on customs).

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside of the European Union, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by your country's customs authority.

The Buyer's Responsibility: These charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

July 2026 Update: Please be aware that new EU-wide customs handling fees may apply to international parcels entering certain regions; we recommend checking your local guidelines.

4. Tracking & Insurance

All Overkill Effects pedals are shipped via registered, tracked mail. Once your pedal leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number via email. We ensure all pedals are packed securely to survive the rigors of global transit.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your pedal arrives damaged or fails to show up, please contact us immediately at overkilleffects@gmail.com.

Damaged: Take photos of the packaging and the pedal so we can file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement or repair quickly.
